Moon Bear Homecoming is an Anthem Award-winning short documentary that follows the extraordinary and historic relocation of 101 moon bears from an ex bear bile farm in Nanning to Animals Asia’s Bear Sanctuary in Chengdu, China. A distance of 1250km. It was the largest operation of its kind ever undertaken by an Animals Rescue organisation. The documentary won a Silver Award at the prestigious Anthem Awards 2023, and is available to stream on the Waterbear platform.
